Swish,
There are only two pro basketball teams, besides the Celtics of course, I really liked. The Knicks of that era (the following season they added Hawthorne Wingo {what a name} which made them a championship team) and the 76-77 Trailblazers. I'll try to watch if I can.
Just kidding on the Wingo bit.

With a name like that I could visualize his name being listed for credit in his role as a Indian chief in a John Wayne western. Since you enjoyed the 76-77 Trail blazers, you will be happy to know that the 76-77 Blazers are involved in 3 playoff games on Saturday. At 4 pm vs the Nuggetts, at 6 pm vs the Lakers and at 8 pm vs the Sixers. Enjoy.

I loved that Portland team. Such a great team, plus it had Bill Walton at his best. Due to injuries, he didn't play at that level very long, but when he did, he played as well as anyone has ever played the center position. It's no coincidence that he's in my avatar. If you added Wilt to that photo, it would include my five favorite centers of all time. Excuse me while I go set up my Tivo.
