Ah Bob, you have my sympathy and admiration - being up at 7:00 AM for a summer league game. But for me this starting time is almost perfect (4:00 PM).

now the announcer says that Xmas is 2-2 from 3. and then a coast-to-coaster. And a steal. Xmas starting well.

20-19 Orlando after 1.

Orlando played well. Ran the floor, hit the boards to get multiple shot opportunities. We didn't play that well. Down by 1 after that I'd say I'm happy.

Some good play from Xmas. Aggression from Moore. JJJ hitting a few shots and getting some rebounds. Joseph not that great so far, but has a block from the weak side.

Wonder if Sully is getting the day off?

Owens finally gets some pt and is making it happen. A 3 and 2 good defensive plays.

A "Holy Cow!" shot by Jonathon Gibson with two guys on him. The kid can shoot. He was the one who came off the bench and scored 17 a few games ago.

Nice defensive position by Melo against Magnum Rolle. Two of the great names in basketball. Fabricio Melo and Magnum Rolle.

Perhaps just want to get a better look at the others, Sully is gonna be on the team, couple of the bubble players need a better look, just a guess.

Xmas gets the game ball for the 2nd quarter, but JJJ did well too.

Xmas is playing for Houston in the Vegas league, he signed with them last April, but I'd like to see Danny think hard about this.

Other FA are Arenas, Shannon Brown just to name two. I have to admit it'd be hard to pass on either, if they'd play for the vet minimum (especially Arenas, as a backup pg) but if not, then mas is looking good too.

What say you guys, has Christmas earned an invitation to camp?
