Marquis Daniels signs 1 year deal with Bucks

Good for Quis. I'm very happy for him. Classy guy, solid player, never griped even though he fell out of the rotation. Kept himself ready and, when called upon, came in and delivered.

Sasha's with Portland. Of the players on our bench last year that are not going to be with us this year, only Pietrus hasn't found employment yet and he's making it harder for himself by playing hardball with his contract demands. He hasn't grasped the financial implications of the new CBA yet (neither has his agent, apparently). Oh well, they'll love you in France, Peaches. A bien tot.

It doesn't really matter, in the bigger picture, whether they play somewhere or not but by finding spots on rosters that says that being on Doc's team has some perceived value to other teams and that they were, in fact, pretty good players when they were here and not just fillers.

I wish 'Quis well. He was a good soldier for the C's, and gave his utmost whenever Doc called upon him.
