HI ALL - EVERYONE SAFE

Hi to everyone. My family are all safe but we have had total devastivation here on Long Island. I am in our town library getting this email off.

Many killed in tri-state. Long Island is all dark. 90% of all customers are without light. 25 boats sunk in Oyster Bay harbor. Massive trees down on all roads. Looking to get electric back in about 4 days.

Killed me to hear about the Miami loss and now I see we are down 16 at half time against the Bucks. Defense, defense, defense...and everything will take care of it self.

Hope to be back soon so I can do my Post Game Recap! Miss you all!!!!!!!!!!!

Glad to hear it's going relatively well.

My brother and his family are over in Floral Park and escaped damage as well, but are down to using the gas for the lawn mower in the car in order to go looking for a gas station.

I have a client in East Norwich, which I think is near you and by Oyster Bay, who is OK but tells of incredible damage near and around the bay.

I hope the power returns quickly; take care.

Thanks for the message. Able to email from our library. Yes East Norwich is just a few miles south of us. Gas is almost impossible but lucked out today with a full tank and 2X 5gal cans so I'm set.

112288----The most important thing is that you and your family are safe and sound. I know it is easy for all of us to encourage you and tell you that things will get better, but it is hard as heck when you are going thru it yourself.

Thanks Rosalie. I am now in my towns library and they have internet and I went to NBA league pass and I have the Celtic Game live!!!!!!!

112288, glad to hear you and your family are okay. It's difficult to imagine destruction of that type unless you experience it, and thankfully I haven't. Best of luck getting through this difficult time.

It was nice talking to you on the phone. Unfortunately, you got me as we were leaving (without a computer) on a two-day trip. I had planned to post about your predicament as soon as we returned, but you beat me to it. You really are a trooper to use the library for posting. Please don't feel you have to keep doing that. We've got your back. Just keep your family safe. That always comes first.
