What would you say if you spotted this group?

My nephew is a freshman at Georgetown;there on scholarship for lacrosse after being highly recruited by several top ranked D1 schools (proud uncle bragging there).

He was going in to work out yesterday morning, spotted this group coming out of the building and snapped a picture with his phone. It's a little blurry, but you might recognize Dwayne Wade and LeBron James.

My nephew is a nice kid so he was polite. Any one of us might have had an interesting greeting, however!

Not quite sure what I'd say or do but I betcha Marcus would get his photo with them if at all possible or get them to sign something.

PS: His team is 3-0 with a big game this evening against perhaps the best other team we will face in our league this year, Carthage. He has been 1 or 2 off the bench and has gotten meaningful minutes. Not filling up the stat sheet but playing good ball.

There should be a photo...at least one is showing here at the office and I loaded it from home...Wade, James and two others coming out of the athletic center entrance...

Glad to hear Marcus' team is off to a good start; where is he playing this year? Wasn't he at the 4 last year?

We're at the other end with Michael playing 3rd and 4th grade level CYO. He's playing the point and after baseball and football I'm enjoyning the break and not coaching; it's fun being a spectator and getting to focus on your own kid.

He's playing on a wing for the most part. He's gotten a lot quicker due to losing so much weight.

His accepted role as he does not start is the main greeter when the introduce the starters doing the appropriate hand shakes with each one then just before tip he goes down the bench and five highs the coaches and teammates. I expect him to apply at Walmart soon.........

He's also doing well in the acting department to. The other evening he got a weakside offensive rebound went back up with it and absolutely got stuffed from behind. Might have been a small amount of body contact but it was pure ball up top..... and he flailed his arms and crashed to the court like there was a sniper in the crowd. And got the call for the 2 shot foul.

He's also gotten a buzz job too. I actually have more on top then him...and that isn't saying much.

Also he has applied at Syracuse and as far as we know he has been accepted.

Guess it's time for a second third and fouth job !!

AND PSS not to leave my daughter out..........today is Sarah's last day of classes for her undergraduate work. She will officially have her BA degree!
