Have you noticed that the majority of the celtics shots with less than 5 seconds on the clock ends with a turnover or a long distance shot?I dont know if is only me or the Celtics look lost on that kind of plays, seems like they dont have an idea of how many seconds are remaining.I cant understand why a team with as many as 5 assistance coaches is having that kind of problems.Pierce and Rondo many times hold the ball and even cant take a shot.

international,

I agree with you.

Rondo walks the ball up too much.
Rondo stands out on top and holds the ball too much.
The rest of the team stands around and doesn't have enough ongoing movement.
Too many pick-and-pops and not enough pick-and-rolls.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that Doc boiled his offensive playbook down to 3 plays, or something like that. He did that because of all the new players on the team this year. Well, that was then, this is now.

Just move. Somewhere. Don't just stand there and watch. After you set a pick, move to your spot and look for the ball or roll to the hoop. That's basketball 101 and they're not doing it.

Too many jumpshooters waiting for someone else to draw the defense away from them. Not enough people moving to get open for themselves. Too many people coming off of picks to take jumpshots and not enough people coming off of picks and cutting to the hoop.

The Celtics offense moves east-west, when it moves at all. The reason why Danny added Lee and Barbosa and Green (not to mention looking forward to the return of Bradley) is so that the Celtic offense would go more north-south. It's not working out that way.

Setting solid picks hurt, so they're setting little brush picks (except for Sully). Bouncing off of picks and going to the hoop can hurt. Running a fast break down the throat of the defense can hurt when they lay you out. These players don't want to get hurt, so they're only moving so that they can get relatively pain-free jumpshots.
