15 Wins Down, 63 Wins To Go!
Game Notes
*Coming into game Celtic are 29th in total rebounds & last in NBA in offensive rebounds.
*Perkins "the QUIET GIANT" 2nd in NBA in FG % shooting 64%.
* SA out rebounded Celtics 55 - 32
* Celtics forced 19 SA T/O good sign for the defense.
*Big Baby 2 weeks out. Let the count down begin.
* Celtics Win Streak @ 6 Games
* Best road record in the NBA 8-1
Well the "A" Team brought their A Game to the court tonight. Celtics defense seems to be getting stronger game by game. They are employing a rotating triangle preventing SA from driving the lane and they are pressuring the ball!
Again the Celtics attacked the paint going 8/11 1st and 7/11 in the 3rd. Now you may ask what about the 2nd & 4th. That's where we had a problem tonight. Second team played awful giving up several good leads the first team built! They never attacked the paint with major minutes given to them. Celtics shot 3/6 in the 2nd and 2/6 in the 4th. The second team D stunk as well allowing SA to score 10/14 in the 2nd and 7/12 in the 4th in the paint!
With Baby coming back, it should sure-up second team play.
Was disappointed that Williams got 0 minutes tonight. What's up with that Doc.
Wallace had a great game and was busy in the paint on both sides of the ball...a good sign......and
hey no Technical fouls tonight as well! Big Kudo's to Rasheed!!!!!!!!
Perk again WITH SOME BIG DEFENSE!! KG.. The Big Ticket Is Back!!!!!!
Good test coming up for the C's tomorrow night with a back to back game. Will show I think what they are made of. Fun Begins at 8PM!

DAMM RIGHT! First Team are beginning to play like the 2008 Team! Good sign indeed. KG played a full 10 minutes in the first Q alone and 35+ minutes overall.
Now we need to kick start the second team. As noted by another poster we need 1 or 2 guys to make this an explosive team. Look for a second unit point guard, perhaps Alston from the Net's and another small forward with size. Just let House shoot...no ball handling. The offense seems to grind to a halt with no penetration of the paint with him at PG.
Talk to you tomorrow night!

House has proved over and over hes not a point and never was,not his fault Doc keeps putting him there,everytime he comes in at point offense struggles and comes to a halt.....if not gonna make a move,start giving Lester time now,he'll start to figure it out,he can't be worse than Eddie playing out of position.
