Lakers Sign Kaman
VERY nice pickup by the Lakers ESPECIALLY given how salary capped they are.

Not a bad pick up for the Lakers.
He can spread the floor but is not a rim protector.
The Lakers are supposedly going to amnesty Metta which was expected after Dwight didn't re-sign.
Whatever the Lakers do with their roster, the best I could see them finishing in the West is 8th place.
OKC, SA, Den, LAC, Mem, GS and Hou are all significantly better than the Lakers.
I think the Lakers will try to trade Nash to a contender this season if a pg goes down with any injury.
I am not saying the Lakers should tank this season, but they need to be in the best position they can be in a year from now with their salary cap and draft picks. Hopefully Jordan Hill, Pau or Kaman will play well enough that they can be traded before the trade deadline.
