Is it Deja Vu all over again? How will this team do on the road this time....?

Now that Pierce will be out, I think 2-2 is most likely - but I voted 3-1, as I am too optimistic on Christmas Eve to let anything get me down.

I hope you don't mind if I add a little background on the 4 games in question:

Dec. 25, @Orlando Magic (22-7) 2:30PM (Last 10 games: 7-3)

Dec. 27, @LA Clippahs, (12-16) 9:30PM (Last 10 games: 4-6)
Dec. 28, @Golden State (7-21) 10:30PM (Last 10 games: 1-9)

Dec. 30, @Phoenix Suns (18-11) 9:00PM (Last 10 games: 4-6)

The spacing is on purpose. The middle two games are back-to-back.

In the last five games, Orlando has won the four home games against Toronto, Portland, Utah and Houston. The last three teams are not too shabby. Their loss was at Miami. No Pierce, early game start, we lose this game.

The Clippahs are coming back from a long six game road trip. The game with the Celtics will be the first one at home after the trip. We win this game.

The Warriers just plain suck, so the Celtics win this one, even if it is the second game of a back-to-back on the road.

Ironically, both the Clippahs and the Warriers play the Suns in their last game prior to playing us. That leads us to:

The Suns will play LAC at home and then will play the GSW away as a tune-up for the Celtics. They have lost some close games at Portland and vs. OKC, and lost a not-so-close game at Cleveland. Their last 10 game record may be deceptive. The Suns will want to take the season's series with a win. No Pierce, last game in west coast trip after the holidays, we lose this game.

With little forthought i'll go 3-1 for the simple reason that we can. We are a bit wounded with PP out but I expect the intensity might even go up with KG seeing the need, PLUS we have played so well on the road anyway and seem much more focused.

actually if we can beat Orlando we'll sweep the trip IMHO.

I voted 2-2 because I'd rather be pleasantly surprised than have my hopes crushed!

So far I am the only real optimist? what a surprise lol KG's back, Paul is out, Rondo shines but the real mvp will be Perk on a 4-0 or 3-1 road trip

I say 3 and 1 and I expect a close hard fought game in orlando because for us the pressure is off. We got nothin to lose an can just play and have fun.

Who thought that when they beat Orlando that they would quite possibly go 1-3....This team is sick right now...Get well soon...

First time in 88 games being up by 18 and losing.....not so good.

yeah that was about as poor as we have played. Hard to find much good in it.
