Last night in the Bulls-Spurs game, Tony Parker was at the line to shoot a technical. He "false started" it and was allowed to take it again by veteran referree Jim Capers. Thibs and Noah are seen losing their minds, and for good reason.

Think that would have happened if anybody else did that?

Officiating in the NBA is a disgrace. One set of rules for the superstars and a whole special set for rookies.

As Collins said during the game, we don't know if the referee said something to Parker. If he didn't, Parker should not have received a second chance.
