Celtics have signed Marcus Smart.

Once draft picks are signed they are considered "players" and not just "rights" and, as such, cannot be traded for at least 30 days per the CBA. So whatever magic Danny's trying to whip up over the coming week will not involve Marcus Smart.

You probably figured Danny wasn't going to trade Smart so soon but you never know with Danny. This pretty much makes it a lock, though.
