They are willing to give JJ Barea and Gorgi Dieng.

Trade Machine says a trade of Boguns for Barea and Dieng works.  A way to gain another 15 MPG at center and a pretty crafty floor general?

I know you always say that it's Danny's job to worry about salary and roster slots, but he does have to worry about them.

He has 13 players under contract now.  If he adds Barea and Dieng that will be 15.  Turner makes 16 guaranteed contracts.  I wouldn't do this if I was Danny unless I KNEW I had a deal that gave away 2-1.

So let Danny worry about it.  He knows the rules.  He knows the risks.  A lot better than we do.  Do you actually think he'd take on Turner with closed eyes?  As usual, he has a plan.  As usual, if that plan doesn't work out, he'll have another plan.  And another.  And another.  As usual, the Celtics won't have more than 15 guaranteed contracts on the roster (possibly fewer) come opening day.

So, yes, not worrying about Danny's business is still my mantra.  Or at least one of them.
