Bogans Traded To Sixers

Consistent with Hinkie's strategy of sucking as much as metaphysically possible, I guess.  So Hinkie gets a 2nd rounder, will waive Bogans (unless my tongue-in-cheek comment about him wanting to suck as much as possible is true) and Cleveland gets the $5.3M TPE they gave to Danny back.  The Cleveland GM is being very active and creative but it seems like a lot of commotion for not much motion.  He gave up two legit 2nd rounders to Danny for two that are virtually useless.  He unloaded about $1M of guaranteed salary.  He gave up a 2nd rounder, perhaps one of Danny's, which is useless, to get back his TPE.  So, in the end, he traded 2 good 2nd rounders for 1 lousy 2nd rounder and $1M of salary relief and that's assuming that the 2nd rounder he gave up was one of Danny's useless ones.

And Keith Bogans is being passed around like a party girl.




Cavaliers Trade Keith Bogans To 76ers

The Cleveland Cavaliers have traded Keith Bogans to the Philadelphia 76ers, according to sources.

The Cavaliers will also send a future second-round pick and create a $5.3 million trade exception in the process.
