Thanks for the proofreading job. I don't have a lot of time to read over my own stuff, particularly when posting at 4:18 in the morning. And I've always had a hangup about the position numbers since the days when there were just forwards (right or left), centers and guards (right or left). It would be a lot easier if I'd break down and use the "point guard' term, but I steadfastly refuse to do that because I don't believe it conveys the sense of complexity and responsibilities that comes with the position.

If it makes you feel any better Brad has said that when he draws up plays during timeouts he doesn't use numbers either, he uses players' initials. With the days of stretch 4s and 5s the days of traditional positions may be shelved for a while.

Bob, yeah, I saw that about Brad. Whatever he's doing, it seems to be working okay.
