Travis Heath's take on it for Hoopsworld. At the bottom, below the _______ is a link to Realgm's grading of it.

Boston Celtics Receive: Nate Robinson and Marcus Landry

New York Knicks Receive: Eddie House, J.R. Giddens, and Bill Walker

Celtics: There were those out there who were sure Robinson wouldn't sign off on any deal because of the way it could impact his Bird Rights. However, many of those people failed to realize that Robinson gets an extra $1 million this season if he makes the playoffs, which he will now as a member of the Celtics. Robinson will add an element of explosiveness missing off the C's bench so far this season. It should be noted, though, that House has hit a number of big shots over the past couple of years for the Celtics and many may be underestimating the impact he had in Boston. Grade: B+

Knicks: In terms of overall talent the Knicks didn't help themselves with this deal, but Robison and head coach Mike D'Antoni have been sideways for basically the entire season. As we have come to expect from the Knicks, this deal had very little to do with talent and the opportunity to win this season. What this final deal did, though, was virtually ensure that New York can sign two max free agents should such an opportunity surface this summer. It's the culmination of two years of not caring about winning now in attempt to get LeBron in 2010. The Knicks are nothing if not persistent. Grade: B

bob,

The rest of the article includes;

The Celtics are nowhere near as good as the Cavaliers at this point and that was even before Antawn Jamison was acquired.

All indications are that Danny Ainge was incredibly active leading to the deadline while searching for a way to parlay Ray Allen's expiring contract into usable assets. Robinson makes the Celtics better, but marginally and not nearly enough to win their second title in three seasons

iNTERESTING STUFF.
