MY NOTE:  Not much love for the Celtics here.  Some inexplicable stuff too, like, the Lakers getting some votes for best moves overall off-season?  I guess they must love Hibbert.  We got some love for the acquisitions of Amir and Lee, as "underrated acquisitions" but apparently not enough to get a vote for overall good off season.
