10 Reasons Why The Celtics Win The East

The Celtics will win the East because:

1.  They have an All-NBA caliber pairing with Tatum and Brown. No other team in the East has that.  
    Both of those players can play multiple positions and both players can play both sides of the
    court.

2.  The Celtics are the deepest team in the NBA at the PG position and all 3 can swing to the SG
   
3.  They have the best quality depth at 4/5.  They have a lot of options (Horford, RW, Tatum, G Will,  Griffin, Kornet and Muscala)  They can play big.  They can play small and they can keep a big in   the stretch role on the floor all game long if they want to.

4. The Celtics are ranked #3 in the East in FT percentage at 82.6% and they are right there with #2  Miami 82.8% and Philly 83%

5.  The Celtics are the top team in the East in 3 point attempts and they are tops in the East in
    points scored from 3 pointers.

6.  The Celtics are the #1 team in the East in points per game.

7.  The Celtics are the #1 team in the NBA in point differential t 6.2 per game.

8.  The Celtics are at the best road team in the NBA.

9.  The Celtics are ranked #2 in the NBA behind Toronto in their assist to turnover ratio.

10. The Celtics are fearless.  They do not care who the opponent is.

I did not mention anything about our defense.  

Our defense has improved but the Celtics were significantly better on defense last year.

The team is moving in the right direction.  The key to our defense is still Robert Williams.  If he can stay healthy, the Celts go all the way and win the title.

An 18-5 finish will get them to 60 wins.
