That team could get out and run. And Cowens could always be the trailer to nail the 18-20 footer from the top of the key.
I have a poster that I got way back when. Photo was taken from under the defensive bucket. Cowens was in the air with the rebound in hand. Silas right next to him. Hondo was coming over for the outlet and White and Chaney were already filling lanes. Was a great poster only thing is I have NO IDEA where it is now. Probably hidden away up at my mothers house.

Beat, Your mom threw the poster away. All moms do. Baseball cards too. That's why they're all so rare.

Steve,
On a fast break, you don't have an entire team racing down the floor. I don't want Paul Pierce filling a lane on my fast breaking unit. I'd much rather have Davis' bulk in there to help KG get the rebounds and start the break, Green and Delonte filling the lanes, Rondo as the distributor/man in the middle, KG as the trailer, and Davis holding back in case of an opponents' steal.
To each his own.

One of the most unsung positive traits about this team this year is their ability to walk away from every shoving match/chippiness without getting suspended or T'ed up by themsleves. Usually T's against the Celtics are called in conjunction with one from the opposing team.
I'm sure this will change as they move through tougher rounds but so far, this is very difficult to do and is a great sign of experience and maturity. Plus it keeps all our guys on the floor all the time.

KG, JON, Green, Delonte, Rondo
I'd rather have two tall mobile BIGS to crank up the defense, protect the rim and throw outlet passes. Seen Baby exposed too many times defensively, KG can still trail and beat opposing BIGS down floor for some monster dunks. I thought of Wafer as he has a serious burst and can do highlight dunks, but thought Delonte is fast enough and with 2 ball handlers the break would be more diversified as you could just pitch the ball to either and the other one could easily fill the lane too.
