All-Defensive Team voting Empty All-Defensive Team voting

Hi,
I just found out that AB was selected into the 2nd team. Good for him.
Now, to the question. I understand Lebron, Chandler, Tony Allen, etc on that list. But for the life of me I can't understand why KG isn't there?
I wonder who votes for that selection? Is it similar to All-Star voting? If so, I get it: he's not that popular outside Boston, he doesn't score and rebound as much he's used to, he's 37 years old...
Well, at least (I hope) there will be a little less phantom calls on AB.
