In this year's poll, NBA GMs said that the Celtics' Kelly Olynyk was the steal of the draft.  Well, is their opinion worth anything?  Let's see.

If we judge by championships, then 29 teams get it wrong every year.

But if we judge by competitive success, then I'd say 12-14 GMs.
