With all the close games they've been in and given how close the race is for the last two spots, one or two rookie mistakes could keep them out of the playoffs. Not the time for learning on the job. Gigi has more to contribute at this point. Young will get his chance later. Better to keep him playing than warming the bench.

Not too surprising. Better to get minutes like BaronV suggests, and pay attention to defense like BobH advises.

I've been hoping for that for a while. It's certainly better for him to gets his reps and, hopefully, to hone his defensive skills (although I don't think of the DL as a bastion of defensive education).
