Remaining Schedule

I look at the remaining schedule, and I'm not afraid.

The Celtics are 13-4 in their last 17 games. Last year after the All Star break the team went on a run that never ended until the playoffs.

This year, if the Celtics merely maintain the general momentum they already have, they could go on a truly incredible post-ASB run.

Also keep in mind that at least some of these games will be virtual no-contests because teams will be in full tank mode down the stretch.

But there's also not a lot of games you look at as a likely loss.

There's 27 games left. Last year the Celtics finished 20-10. A 20-7 (74%) finish is not out of the question by any means. That would put the Celtics at 52 wins. We've already been playing at a 76% winning rate for the last 17 games.
