Pick 16th instead of 17th now with the Dallas pick.

But the other tiebreaker (for the four way tie in the East of teams with 48 wins) with our own pick goes somewhat against us as we also now pick #23.   Out of the four spots from #21-24 we got the second worst one of those.

I'll take #16 (vs 17) over picking #21 ( vs 22, 23 or 24) anyday.

We're past coin flips, now on to the really serious stuff, pingpong balls.

It's going to be wild anticipation in Boston to see if the Ping-Pong balls continue to dis the team or if a long overdue break comes through.

There is just enough talent at positions we need in this otherwise thin draft that we still could find a useful player at #16, and just maybe even at #23. Probably not a future star, but quite possibly a rotation player.
