The Post-game Thread Empty The Post-game Thread

I'm on my way to Florida for a little R&R, and I have a couple of other trips lined up in fairly rapid succession after that (including the trip to San Francisco for the board party). Between now and May 2, I'll be able to watch relatively few games. I'll have my computer with me and expect to continuing moderating and contributing to the board, but I can't be at all certain of my game viewing schedule during that period. Therefore, I plan to start each Post-game Thread with a review I'll copy from some other source (Yahoo, the Boston Globe, etc.) and making editorial comments where appropriate. And, when I can, I'll be on the Game-on Thread, adding my own observations and probably asking a lot of questions.

I hope people will feel free to contribute freely to the Post-game Thread. And anyone who wishes to author a full-fledged game review should feel free to do so for any or all games. Heck, if I can do it, anyone could do it.

Thanks a lot,

Sam

Sam

Have a great time.

Sarah is heading south too, with her boyfriend's family, in a week. Orlando area I think. Also recieved some good news that my step dad is up and about quite a bit now................so much so that they are apparently kicking him out of the nursing home. He's suppose to come home Wednesday! Will know for sure shortly.

Sam,

I can monitor the Game On! contest, if you wish.

Enjoy your R&R.

good for you, taking a get-away to FL ! when you said you were driving down, i figured you were going for a more extended stay than a weekend. enjoy!
and hope you get the streaming video working. atdhe, i think it is, was my best feed when i was still having to do streaming to watch the games.

have fun. we'll miss your higher profile while you travel.

Bigpygme,

It'll be for five days before we drive back. We're cutting it short in order to afford another trip a week after we return. And another one two days after we return from that one.

But you won't be completely rid of me. I'll be monitoring the board and chipping in here and there.

Thanks for the good wishes,

Sam

Beat,

I hope Sarah has a great time in FL. And that's great news about your dad. I hope it works out really well for everyone.
