Re: Patriots!!!
4 Super Bowls in 5 years. Such an accomplishment. What is this, 8 Super Bowl appearances for the Patriots with Tom Terrific at the helm?

The rest of the country, outside the New England states, says... ugh!
It is said with a large dose of envy.
Best of luck to all of you Tom Terrific and Hoodie fans. Incredible and historic run.

What's the early line? I'm going to guess NE -7.

Re: Patriots!!!
There are people who are saying that Touchdown Tommy isn't the GOAT because he cheated. My response to them is "you don't want to count the Deflategate Superbowl? Fine, that leaves him with "only" 4 rings going on 5".
#1 All-Time touchdowns thrown.
#2 All-Time consecutive games with a touchdown (52).
#2 All-Time consecutive games with 2 touchdowns (13).
#1 All-Time consecutive games with 3 touchdowns (3).
#1 All-Time consecutive games with 5 touchdowns (2).
#1 All-Time uninterrupted (no missed games for injury, etc) games with a touchdown (52).
#1 All-Time uninterrupted consecutive games with 3 touchdowns (10).
#1 All-Time consecutive regular season games with 3 touchdowns on the road (6).
#1 All-Time consecutive regular season games with 6 touchdowns on the road (2).
#2 All-Time consecutive playoff games with 1 touchdown (18).
#4 All-Time passes completed (6004). Needs 297 to leapfrog Manning and Favre to #2.
#4 All-Time passing yardage (70,514). Needs 1427 to leapfrog Manning and Favre to #2.
#3 All-Time passing touchdowns (517). Needs 4 to pass Brees, 22 to pass Manning.
#1 All-Time Superbowl MVP awards (4).
And, most importantly, #1 with Superbowl rings with 5.

Re: Patriots!!!
Honestly, I hope the Patriots win the Super Bowl. The city of Boston hasn't won a professional sports championship in nearly three months, we’ve suffered long enough!

Just wondering, which is going to be a more difficult conversation, santa claus, the birds and the bees or trying to convince a certain someone that there really wasn't a time when Bostons sports teams went not just months without winning titles, but many years in between.

The Rams opened as slight favorites. I understand the current line has now swung slightly in favor of NE Pats.

Re: Patriots!!!
At some point when both Tom Brady and Bill Belichick retire, there will be an MVP award and a coach of the year award named after them.
There are no words left to describe the Patriots ability to win year after year with these two guys.

One of the guys I have in my office is a Boston native. He has three kids, ages 11, 10, and 9. No, that's not a typo and they didn't adopt. The kids of course, are all Boston sports fans. He keeps reminding them there may eventually be a time when they're not title-holders in something for a while. They love going back for the parades.

Re: Patriots!!!
Belichik has never been given a Coach of the Year Award. How is that possible?

My 7-year old son just said “imagine if Tom plays until he’s 100.” I was going to tell him that’s not humanly possible. Then I thought...you know what, I’m not sure I’m prepared to commit to that.

For the 17th time in the last 17 years one of the four major professional teams in New England will play for a championship. #Patriots #RedSox #Celtics #Bruins pic.twitter.com/mUoH5RLRLY
