KG promises decision by Saturday?

Latest rumor-du-jour.

It'd be nice if he told Danny today before the draft, or at least tell him what it would take for him to come back, but Saturday is 6/30, the day before free agency. I'm ok with that too.

Does this mean KG is waiting to see what happens on Draft Day to help him to decide? If not would it not be helpful to DA to know if he is coming back before he drafts. Maybe DA does know already and it is part of the draft day strategy to give out little information. Oh, brain is hurting! Too many thoughts. I can make a few more hours.

I'm hoping we get lucky tonight and everything falls into place for a rebuild that shows results this season.

Bob-My thought is that Danny already knows what KG is going to do and is just keeping it private right now. Could it be that making a trade would be easier without this information being public.

Too much to think about, let Doc and Danny do the worrying, we can analyze later!

The latest rumor is that Danny is aggressively trying to move up in the draft. IF TRUE, that sounds like a person who is NOT expecting KG back and needs to bring a BIG new chip in soon.

Could it be that KG comes back if they get a big time talent to make it worthwhile. They also will have a lot of free agent signings to do before all is said and done. It's probably just wishful thinking on my part.

I'll believe it when I see it. I hope he can give the Celtics one more good year. It would be another good playoff run for the C's.

On the Celtics channel, pre draft interview with Sean Grande, the radio man for Celtics says that the fact that KG has promised an answer by the weekend is a good sign. These guys travel with the team, talk to them alot, I have a tendency to believe him, he doesn't shoot his mouth off and act like a know it all usually.

Neither KG nor DA can talk about him comin back till 7/1
