Rondo & How To Improve His Foul Shooting

If someone has access to Doc or any of the coaches I know how to fix Rondo's foul shooting.

When you watch a good shooter like Ray Allen, you'll notice that when he goes up for the shot
if you draw a line from his shooting shoulder to the elbow and continue that line it is pointing directly at the rim.
When you watch Rondo the line is pointing somewhere off to the right. The North Carolina
basketball team used to have their players wear a sling that forced their shooting elbow into the rib cage.
You cannot be a good shooter if your elbow sticks out like that. Every shot Rondo hits that way is luck.

I am shocked that not one coach has caught this and tried to correct
it.
