Re: Milos Teodosic-best point guard not playing in the NBA.
looks like teams have looked/pushed to get him. Perhaps he feels it's better to be a star in Euro ball than a backup In the NBA.
at 27YO, he really isn't much of an option for the Celtics anyway.

Milos Teodosic is a 27-year old point guard who plays for the Serbian team that will face the USA in the championship game of the FIBA World cup on Sunday.
Plenty of scouts will tell you that he’s NBA-ready, though no team has been able to convince him to make the jump thus far.
For those whose interest may have been piqued by Teodosic’s performance this summer, however, it seems as though he could be convinced to play in the states for the right price.
From Marc Stein of ESPN.com:
You’ll see for yourselves Sunday: Mr. Teodosic could play in the NBA if he chose to. But word is he wants $3-plus mil annually to make jump
ESPN sources say Grizz, LAST summer, were latest NBA team to lobby him hard. But Teodosic, like legendary Bodiroga before him, won’t budge
That’s a fairly low price tag by NBA standards, though there are likely other factors at play.
The international game is different than the one played in the NBA, and there’s the culture fit to consider, as well. Teodosic would likely want an assured level of playing time, along with a comfortable multi-year deal in order to seriously consider making that leap. But given the way he’s resisted the temptation to this point, the right offer may never come along.
