The Celtics should take him with a second round pick and let him a year or 2 in Spain developing.Defensibly he is not ready ,but offensibly he is ready. Some people compare him with Pau Gasol and the same age.

Geez, Beat. Every time I think I've come up with a good one, you beat me to it. I guess that's how you got your name.

Draftexpress.com has this kid going #45 this year, mid second round.
http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Guillermo-Hernangomez-7204/stats/
6'11", 255#, 7' 1 1/2" wingspan. Not that athletic, judging strictly by his no step 23" vertical and his 25.5" max vertical.
The video you provided, international, says he is slow laterally defensively. Obviously, that is not that good for Brad's system. Will his feet get faster? Hmmm.
Offensively, he's a bull in a china shop. Fairly physical. He showed some good court vision on some passes too. Hit some mid-range jumpers too. I have no problem with his offense, although some of the offense they showed in the video is not stuff he'd get away with in the NBA. They don't call traveling as often as they should but they'd call it plenty on some of his moves underneath. He shuffles his pivots. Nevertheless, his footwork isn't bad, he just takes advantage of what his league gives him, just like every player and coach in every league.
I thought it was really funny that they had a segment dedicated to his parents, both of whom were basketball players too. "Componente Genetico". I love coach's kids and GMs love players' kids, so it makes sense to highlight who he learned his basketball from at an early age, you just don't usually see that highlighted like that in scouting reports.
In general, I don't see a problem with using a 2nd round pick on him, like you suggest. He needs to work on his foot speed on defense, though. He'll get eaten alive here if he doesn't. If Colton Iverson is a bruising defender but still somewhat raw offensive player, then this 20 year old kid is the mirror image. He's raw defensively but ahead of some offensively. To me, he's a little like that kid Jakob Poetl that I saw play for Utah last night. He's 7'0", 235# freshman from Austria. He looked like a man playing against boys last night against Stephen F Austin (whoever they are. That's the name of the school, not of his opposing center). Very tough inside, a tad slow on defense.
I'd still take Porzingis, but he'll be gone inside of #10. Hernangomez is, by your own assessment, a Euro draft-and-stash.
Nice catch, international. It's the obscure ones that add value to scouting. Everybody can tell you about the Porzingis and Saric of the world, it is players like Nurkic that suddenly pop out of seemingly nowhere (by our American perspective, obviously he was known in Europe) and are now playing solid minutes at NBA center that earn scouts their paycheck.

International,
This may be the first video I've seen that doesn't show only the good side. I appreciate that.
You're definitely right about his defensive unreadiness. He's certainly got a good body.
Two questions:
1. It doesn't show him running the floor. How well does he do that?
2. I notice a brace on his right knee. Does he have a chronic knee problem?

Here you can see him playing in the same team with Portzingis.I don't think he has problems with the knees.

This guy could well be worth one of the many second round picks that Ainge has in his pocket, but after watching the youtube tape that international provided he (Hernangomez) is most certainly an NBA 'project'. I am worried that the slow feet will prevent his NBA career from getting started.

The announcer's on TV and radio could not pronounce his name fast enough. Can you imagine what Max would do with that name and Tommy, God Love him, would just have a terrible time. He would have a nickname the minute he hit the floor
