Nice kid, just not an NBA level talent.
Good enough to continue playing professionally overseas if he wants. The paychecks and lifestyle can be very rewarding.

I'm shattered, but perhaps in a couple of years he will improve enough to be a decent bench player in the NBA.
I think RJ somehow got the reputation as a great shooter, perhaps based on a great shot he made near the end of his college career, and his range which was definitely beyond the three point line. But he never did shoot at a high percentage either in the pros or college.

This guy just does not have an NBA ready body. He apparently very basketball intelligent and works hard, but he has yet to match up physically with either the Cs or the Bulls.
I wish him success wherever he ends up playing.
