For Jaylen Brown’s type of wrist tear, Surgery recovery time seems to generally be 3-6 months, so doing surgery now gives Brown a chance to be healthy in time for next season. This is the same injury Romeo Langford had in his right wrist, which took about 6 months of recovery.

Nesmith's minutes just went up to solidly > 20/game.

Romeo becomes our top wing defender.

PP adds minutes as we are forced to go small more often.

Fournier gets all of Jaylen's minutes.  Nesmith and Pritchard's additional minutes come from the ones former bench player Evan Fournier used to get, but is now the new Jaylen.
