POST GAME BULLS

I've been dealing with "Monday Morning Quarterbacks" even longer than you, and I realized long ago that its a deadend conversation, so I don't usually get involved. In this case I thought I'd try a little humor hoping to lighten things up a little.

We'll be ight. It was just one damn game. The Bulls looked really alert on d and were two steps quicker all night. None of our guys really had a good game and we missed some really good looks when the game was still undecided.

I think one playoff series will iron out a ton of kinks and the next time we see the Bulls Doc will do a lot better as will the team. They were just the better team last night and they are really on a roll. Hats off.

For that, I commend you. I'm sort of trying the same thing. Although I'd love to weigh in on reality versus fanspeak, it's better just to let the season run its course, be happy for any noted improvement, and get into the real season.

Is there an oxymoron floating around in there somewhere? I wouldn't ask except that I just got a phone call from Doc asking, "How the hell does the Heckler propose to accomplish that?"

Now that I have had 24 hours to digest the chi game I feel better.

How many games has Jon been back. just a few and Shaq is still in the wings. When the playoffs start we should have enough size to pound away.

If we're tied with one game left to go in the season, bribe a towel boy in the Heat lockerroom to put some Visine in the Gatorade at halftime.

Visine works the same, much more quickly, only requires a few drops/12 oz and is already a clear liquid.

Not that I'd know about this stuff.
