Philly Getting Ready to Do Something? Empty Philly Getting Ready to Do Something?

Evan Turner and Spencer Hawes are in their final contract years and need to be extended (or not) by this Thursday.  GM Hinkie, speaking of roster moves, says he is "open to anything".

If Philly buys out Kwame Brown, as is being discussed, Philly's roster will be 2 slots below limit.

Also, Thaddeus Young, who used to give Pierce fits, is also being discussed as trade bait.

Philly is trying to keep up with the Suns in the Wiggins Sweepstakes, after Phoenix traded their starting center.

Who would you trade for, if anybody, to get any of these players?

Hawes is a solid, albeit not great, NBA center.  7'0", 245#, 25 years old.  His assist-to-TO ratio is positive (which you don't always see in centers).

Evan Turner is VERY tough, especially if he has a driving lane.  Not known as a great jumpshooter.  Runs the floor well.  6'7", 205#, SG, 25 years old.  #2 pick in the draft.  Today is his 25th birthday.

Thaddeus Young has played well against us as well.  Of the two Philly Youngs, him and Nick (now with the Lakers), Thaddeus has been, by far, the more dangerous.
6'8", 220#, 25 years old.
