WALTHAM, Mass. — The injury bug has bitten the Celtics once again, at least temporarily, with Jared Sullinger now questionable for Wednesday's game against Charlotte.

The 6-foot-9 forward suffered a right knee injury in Monday's win over Orlando. Team officials said he will have an MRI performed as a precautionary measure.

The injury doesn't appear to be one that will sideline him for an extended period of time, but "we just want to make sure," said Celtics head coach Brad Stevens.

Sullinger has appeared in seven games for the Celtics. Despite coming off the bench, Sullinger is fourth on the team in scoring with an 11.3 points per game average, and in Monday's win over Orlando, he had 14 points off the bench on 7-for-9 shooting.

If he is unable to play, look for the Celtics to give some of his minutes to Kris Humphries who has appeared in four games this season.

Despite limited minutes, Humphries has been effective when given an opportunity to play. In those four games, Humphries has averaged 4.8 points and 3.5 rebounds while playing just 11 minutes per game.
