Looking Ahead..
28 games left
15 home 13 on the road
14 vs the east and 14 vs the west
of the 15 home games:
7 vs winning records
7 vs losing records (Utah is .500)
of the 13 road games
6 vs winning records
6 vs losing records ( again Utah is .500)
We go on the road out west for 4 games Suns, Clippers, Portland, and Lakers
We have not played The Clippers, Portland or Utah yet.

Re: Looking Ahead..
A 19-9 record woul be fantastic.
Celts are playing their best basketball of the year especially on offense.
Hope the Allstar break does not mess things up.

Re: Looking Ahead..
West Coast trips have never been easy for the Celtics. Hopefully, this next trip will produce good results.
My biggest concern for the Cs during the rest of the season deals with i think that they sometimes "play down" to the levels of some lesser teams this year. Finishing the season without letting this happen again will go a long way towards doing well in the playoffs.
Dboss would like to see a 19-9 record in the remaining 28 games, and I think that this is very possible as they are playing very well lately. In fact, they might be able to surpass that 19-9 thought without a major injury and don't get caught taking any team too lightly.

Teams that are near .500 are still some pretty good teams. I'd take 19-9 in a beggars heartbeat but realistically I see it more like 16-12.
We are playing well yes but we really are perhaps playing a bit "over our heads". The stretch run will be fun regardless ... 28-0 would be really nice.

beat,
16 - 12 from here would leave the '15 - '16 record well beyond my wildest expectations. I think it would be a huge positive and might mean the makeover is a little ahead of what was expected.
