Occasionally, a picture will show up that is more than just a guy shooting over another guy, more than just a guy grabbing a rebound.

I found a couple of these and decided to start this thread.

Not speaking for all, it is just an interesting picture. Since this is a new thing here, I'm sure there will pics from all teams. Just having fun, thats all.

I'm sorry this bothers you. I have seen this type of thread on many sites over the years, it is just meant to be fun. I certainly understand that the fact that it is pic of the Lakers that got you going, but would you have responded in the same fashion if it was from another team? I know it can be tough to post on a rivalry's board, but again, from me, no harm was meant.

I have a lot of respect for the Lakers franchise, and have enjoyed the competition over the years, but again, this is just tonge an cheek, so to speak.

I'm happy to write a funny caption about the Celtics, I believe we are all guilty of taking ourselves, or team too seriously sometimes, at least I have been.

I think Sam expects a little higher level of respect for people then what is found on BDC.
I never antagonized Celtics fans when they had some of their horrific losses this year.

I never thought this pic had anything to do with the loss, at all, not even close! The score was not posted in the pic, so how that has anything to do with it, is beyond me.

But look, Sam, Mustang, Jeb, go together last night to watch the Lakers game, how cool is that.

You are a Laker fan on a C's forum. Thats the way it is. None of us here as far as I know even bother posting on a Laker site. I still wonder why you are here. Wouldn't you want to be among your own kind? If I or others choose to poke fun at the lakers for any reason that is mine/our choice. I have littel respect for the lakers period esp, Kobe. Heck even a bit ago you made the defense of him theat the girl he (had sex with) was a mental issue, well then what does that make Kobe? Knows how to pick um doesnt he.

The problem I have is the glaring double standard from many Celtics fans. Talking about the Celtics is sacred but anything goes for other teams and their players.

BTW, this is the second picture that I "added a caption" to. The first one included a Cav and a Bull. Remember A Lithuanian Mind Meld ? If not, go look at the Noah thread.

I decided to start a thread that would better capture and collect the many odd pics that one finds on the internet. I've got another one in line and that one has a Laker in it as well. Both I found this morning and were from last night's games.

I find humor where it is, as MANY here on this site (and the other) understand quite well. I do not feel that have to explain things to you, but as a mod on this board, I will.

Concerning the post about the thread about Kobe and the woman from Colorado, I liked how you make a ridiculous reply on Friday and then deleted it. Be man enough to stick by your posts and not delete them later.
Apparantely, you never read the transcripts about the woman that made the accusations about Kobe. Maybe you should do so or are you going to be like the people on bdc who call Kobe a rapist?

You're here at a Celtic site...The Lakers are bitter rivals...I celebrate everytime they lose.
Having said that, I also respect and admire and PRAISE here what they have accomplished during the Buss years. They're a great organization no doubt. That's something you wouldn't hear from the Laker clowns at BDC...or maybe even at Laker websites. Relax, it's all in fun...You don't think that we poke fun at the C's every now and then? I have always welcomed Laker fans that respect all of the teams and the game itself.
