Listening to NBA RADIO on Sirius XM today I was struck by commentators saying Zion could be a major star posting numbers of 20 and 10. That got me thinking of Bill Russell's stats beyond his 11 rings. Ponder this. Russ's lifetime numbers in the NBA were these:
42.3 mpg. Imagine that!
22.5 rbg. Amazing.
15.1 ppg.
4.3 assists per game.
No mention of steals nor blocks per game because those stats were not recorded back then.

Those are superb numbers for an absolutely unselfish player who could have easily scored 20 ppg if needed.
