Re: Playoff Observations
Great 4th quarter! Bucks come back to win and tie the series.
Booker with 42 points and 0 made three pointers. Middleton was huge for the Bucks.
We have a series!

Wow what a great game!! Great effort by both teams, Bucks with the big plays, Middleton went off, as did Booker, as did Giannis….series tied 2-2. Chris Paul played bad. Giannis with a huge block and great defense the whole game. Middleton really came thru in the clutch.

Re: Playoff Observations
Close game as I had thought. Holiday stunk just that CP3 stunk worse.
We are heading towards a 7 games series. Character and will should start showing up now. We will see if for all the talk and accolades is CP3 really real.
Can't say that I am favoring either team. If it goes to 7 then probably the Suns.
It was fun to watch.

Re: Playoff Observations
Again, pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!!(Very funny, Bob!!) But being the master of walking the fence and being caught with his pants down, Oz can still fall back on his PHX in 7 original prediction and save face! He was just hopeful that if the Suns were going to show their strength, winning G4 would have been the best time to do it!!
Haven't watched the game but from the reports, it sounded like a classic with the Bucks rescuing themselves from the brink of disaster late. It's really going to suck when they blow G7. CP3 is human, but not for very long. He knows this will be his one and only shot and will put in 2 stellar games at home for the title AND bring along everyone with him as a true, old school championship point guard will do.
Win or lose, at least the Bucks have now officially removed the nuclear option from the table for their organization. They are legit. The East is going to be a beast next season. MIL, BKN, PHI, BOS, WAS, NYK, ATL all could easily lay claim plus add in an unknown.
The balance of power may very well depend upon whether we go for a Big 3 or not here shortly.

Re: Playoff Observations
Milwaukee decided to target CP3 defensively. As Paul goes, so go the Suns. Smart move by the Bucks. Give Bud some credit.
Re: Playoff Observations
Yeah, but good luck doing that again. Cat's out of the bag. CP3's a smart dude. He'll figure it out. He either does or joins Charles, Karl, John and Patrick on the sidelines.

John Karalis @RedsArmy_John
yesterday
Funny how much Kareem is embracing the Bucks thing considering he asked for a trade out of Milwaukee
This block by Giannis is unreal. First, he's defending the pnr at the frito line and he is still able to recover and block Ayton. Really great, a real HOF-worthy play.
And then there's this obvious foul that wasn't called by the refs. It would have been Booker's 6th. HTF did they miss this?

It is time for them to have to pay the piper just like players. What makes them immune to discipline? Some are just so incompetent .

Michael Kay was just saying on his radio show today that refs have to be held accountable and they have to be suspended just like any profession.

Re: Playoff Observations
Imagine if that play would have cost them the game, like it did with Rondo getting hit in the face in 12 vs Heat….I’m still pissed at that call

Re: Playoff Observations
Going to be real hard to get any traction or implementation with that. They are human and their eyes are their craft. You can be looking right at something and still not see it. Just ask any married man!!
Plus their defense is unbreakable. "I just didn't see it. If I didn't see it, I can't call it."
No further questions, Your Honor. You may step down.

Re: Playoff Observations
So Bucks and Coach Bud have done masterful job of pressing on Chris Paul with Holiday, Booker went off, but at least one superstar scoring option was shutdown. The key now is Ayton, can he step up with a 25 point game with the defense keying on stopping Paul?

Re: Playoff Observations
Not if Giannis gets Ayton in foul trouble again. That's why Jaylen and Jayson have to drive, drive, drive to the basket. As stars, they will now be getting the foul calls and putting opponents in foul trouble.

Plus they can score at all 3 levels, something Giannis as great as he is, cannot do; now we need to get our fair share of calls, our guys have been getting screwed for the last couple years more than not. Our guys have paid their dues, it’s time.

Indeed!
Chris Paul has to heat up, Booker can’t do it by himself.

Bucks getting switches on Chris Paul, then posting him up, making him look like Kemba on defense.
