I will be at the game tomorrow night - rooting extra hard for the Celtics to beat the Mavs and for Chloe to beat this illness.

We should reach out to Mike and Tommy - as they are always happy to send special get well wishes to loyal members of the Celtics family. Maybe we can even get Chloe a Tommy Point

I wish there was someway to get Tommy to acknowledge perhaps an autograph.She always likes when he gets excited and yells at the ref's! I know her two favorite players are KG and Paul Pierce. During games I laugh at her as she is trying to read KG's lips........I usually turn blue in the face!!!!!

This seems to be a great place to turn in times of troubles - a supportive and perhaps surprisingly spiritual group of people who bring a lot of energy to the task.

i will be praying for Chloe, and for you. weird, spontaneous onset - who knows, maybe spontaneous remission is also possible. I will hope and pray for the best.

JUST AN UPDATE

Chloe has been seen by a top in the U.S. Neuro doctor at NY Hospital Weil Cornell Center in NY.

They still do not know what it maybe but leaning towards "viral" that attacked her. So more tests in the coming week.

He is very progressive which I like and he is attacking the situation to restore her sight with steroids to calm her optic nerve down...something they did not so to the fullest at the hospital.

I will keep everyone posted as to her progress and she sends her thanks and love for all the support the board has shown!!!!!!

MY wife and I also want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers!!!

Thanks for the report. It's heartening to hear that they have a plan, because that means they believe it's potentially treatable. Please tell Chloe we hope she can feel the collective energy and love of so many people being in her corner big-time.
