Tomorrow I will post how to order ticket, hotels available and pricing, and the itinerary for March 16th game

My trip plans were delayed until April, so I'm in for dinner and the game. Unless you're planning breakfast the following morning, I'll go home that same night and won't need a hotel. If I need a hotel, I can get one for free.

As for the game, I'd prefer just one ticket at the $65 price. It'll be the first game I've attended since KG's very first as a Celtic.

My husband and I would have loved to join you all, I just can't make plans right now. Seems that I am going to have open heart surgery soon. The date is just not set yet. Waiting to hear. My journey continues.....I am so disappointed, I wanted to finally put faces to all the names of all of you who have been so good to me all these years. If things change I will let you know.

I'm sorry to hear about the impending surgery, but I'm also encouraged because I know how experienced the medical community is in such procedures. Obviously, we'll all be pulling for you and sending plenty of encouragement and energy in your direction. Whenever it happens, please ask your husband to keep me informed so I can let the board know about your progress.

im in atlanta now, and we've likely found a new home already (corperate is providing housing for 30 days.

still waiting to hear a decision on the company im trying to get in with, as soon as i know sumptin i'll know if im in. right now I "hope" im in.

the wife likely wont join me, her sister had her first child on friday and i think most every chance she gets to be back in ohio will be used for that as this is the first kids on her side of the family. i came with 3 neices and 2 nephews in my family packege when we got married.

Brandon and family almost definitely will be coming to the game, but as this is a once in a lifetime event for them, they are going to spend the cash to get tickets closer. They will join us for dinner.

I hope your Atlanta experience will be very rewarding on all fronts. The climate has to be better than Ohio's, although the coldest time of my life was immobilized in a foxhole throughout the night in Fort Benning, Georgia. I broke the rules by lighting a small fire in a little fireplace I dug into the side of the foxhold, thinking that no one would see the fire. But they sniffed it out, and I just had to stay in that friggin foxhole that much longer.

On the first day on the infiltration course, where we had to crawl 100 yards under machine gun fire, the red Georgia clay had frozen into rock-hard ripples like little ocean waves, and it tore our uniforms and arms apart. So, the second day, we surrounded our arms with Kotex pads so that only our uniforms got ripped to pieces. We got away with that one.

So my advice is to enjoy Georgia but stay away from the Okefenokee Swamps in the Columbus area. And here's hoping we see you in Boston.

When you call the group ticket rep that I will post tomorrow, I would ask him if he can help process your friends order as well so it is seamless transaction and he gets credit for the sale. Just say that they are part of Sam's Celtic Forum but want 4 better seats then the rest of the group. Then have your friend call saying he is with Sam's Celtic Forum.

I'll be there, it just so happens that my brother got us tickets for this game on Christmas, was easiest since its the Bobcats, so we'll have our own seats, but we can definitely do dinner before the game. We have 6 tickets and the wives are going shopping together, so at least 6, possibly 8 for dinner from my clan that night....will be fun to see everyone again.

Rich has made a plan to go to the Fours - across the street from the Garden. They have good, solid burgers - steak tips etc a good beer list and a ton of cool sports memorabilia on the walls. It is a good place and very close.

One of my patients owns the Applebee's next to the Garden. I could ask if there's a special deal there for us, but folks may want something more upscale.

Worcester - The Fours is not much different than Applebees in the sense that it is just bar food...but it is a local establishment rather than a chain, with lots of Boston sports history.

I cant speak for everyone - but I would rather bring out of towners to a more authentic restaurant than a place they all have in their home towns.
