You must be inserting it at 1024 px or 800 px.  Try a lower setting next time to see the results.

How do you insert (or host) an image?

I use the left-most icon in the fourth group (YouTube is in that group of four).

It opens this box:




Pick the down-arrow next to the 640 px width and it opens up other settings.

Maybe you use a different way?
